H-Authentica Ambassador Program — Program Rules

1. Sponsor
The H-Authentica Ambassador Program (the "Program") is run by H-Authentica Inc., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada ("H-Authentica", "we", "us"). Contact: sales@h-authentica.com, (431) 668-8113.
2. Two ways to refer
- Refer & Earn is open to every HautiePay app user. When someone you refer completes their first purchase, you each receive HautiePoints, as shown on the Refer & Earn screen.
- The Ambassador Program is by invitation. You become an Ambassador only when H-Authentica invites you, or when you apply in the app and H-Authentica approves your application. Once approved, you receive the rewards in these rules instead of Refer & Earn points, for referrals made after approval.
H-Authentica may accept or decline an application, and may pause or end Ambassador status, as set out in section 10.
3. Who can take part
To be an Ambassador you must be a resident of Canada, have reached the age of majority in your province or territory, and hold a HautiePay account in good standing (no unpaid, overdue or dishonoured payments).
4. What counts as a successful referral
A referral is successful when all of the following are true:
- The person is a new client. They have never bought from H-Authentica through any channel (app, website, live show, social media or in person). When their account is linked to H-Authentica's accounting records, any earlier invoice in their name makes them an existing client, and the referral does not count.
- They were referred by you. They created their HautiePay account with your personal referral code or invite link, or added your code in the app before their first purchase. H-Authentica may also record a referral it has confirmed another way.
- Their purchases reach CAD $1,500 (the price of the items after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping), in one order or several placed within 12 months of their sign-up.
- The first payment on each of those orders has been collected. For a paid-in-full order, that is the full payment; for a payment plan or layaway, the first payment taken at checkout. The referral counts as soon as the first payment on the order that reaches $1,500 is collected.
Each person you refer can count as one successful referral only, however much they buy. The following never count: existing clients, referring yourself, duplicate, fake or shared accounts, orders cancelled before payment, and any activity H-Authentica reasonably believes is fraudulent. A referral may be reviewed before it counts.
5. Rewards
Your number of successful referrals unlocks these rewards, in order:
- 1 successful referral: a $50 H-Authentica voucher, single use, for one order of CAD $1,000 or more (items after discounts, before taxes and shipping), valid 90 days.
- 3 successful referrals: designer footwear, one item from the Ambassador Reward Collection.
- 5 successful referrals: designer footwear, a second item from the Ambassador Reward Collection.
- 8 successful referrals: Mexico Qualified status, a recognition status only (see section 7).
The ladder repeats. After you unlock the last reward, the ladder starts again from the first reward and your total keeps counting: your 9th successful referral unlocks the $50 voucher again, your 11th unlocks footwear, and so on. Each reward is given once per step of the ladder; if your count goes down (section 6) and back up, you do not receive a reward you have already received for that step again. The current ladder is always shown in the app.
6. When a referral is removed
A successful referral is removed from your count if, on any order that counted toward its $1,500, a payment is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), declined, stopped or reversed; the order is cancelled, returned or refunded; or the payment is charged back.
Rewards you have already received are yours to keep, except in cases of fraud (section 10). The removal only changes your count toward your next reward, and it is shown in your referral history with a short reason. A removed referral is not restored automatically if a missed payment is later made; H-Authentica may restore it.
7. Mexico Qualified status
Mexico Qualified is a recognition status. It is not a trip, a prize or a promise of travel. Any H-Authentica Ambassador travel experience will be offered only under separate official rules published at the time. Until such rules are published, no travel is offered or owed.
8. Claiming rewards
- Vouchers appear in your HautiePoints & Rewards wallet. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and do not keep any unused value.
- Footwear: you choose one available item from the Ambassador Reward Collection shown in the app. Styles, brands and sizes depend on availability and the Collection changes over time; no particular brand, style or size is promised. If your choice is unavailable we will ask you to choose again. H-Authentica confirms each choice; the item is then recorded on your H-Authentica account as an invoice discounted to $0 and shipped to your Canadian shipping address. You must choose within 90 days of unlocking the reward, or it lapses.
- Any retail value we show is the item's regular selling price at H-Authentica. You cannot receive cash or credit instead of a reward.
9. Sharing your code
Share your code only with people you know, in personal messages. Do not post it on coupon, deal or cash-back websites, use paid advertising, or use H-Authentica's name or trademarks in usernames or ads, or send spam. If you post about H-Authentica on social media as an Ambassador, clearly disclose that you receive rewards for referrals, for example with #HAuthenticaAmbassador or #ad.
10. Fraud and misuse
H-Authentica may review any referral before or after it counts. If we reasonably believe someone has broken these rules, including by self-referring, creating fake or duplicate accounts, or misusing codes, we may remove referrals, cancel unused rewards, ask for the return of rewards obtained through that conduct, and end the person's Ambassador status and Refer & Earn participation.
11. Changes to the Program
H-Authentica may change the reward ladder, the qualifying amount or these rules, or end the Program, by posting the change in the app. Changes do not take away rewards you have already unlocked, and referrals already counted keep counting under the new ladder.
12. Privacy
To show your progress, the app shows you each person you referred by first name and last initial, with the status of their referral. It does not show what they bought or how much they paid. People who sign up with a referral code are told this when they sign up. H-Authentica uses Program information as described in its Privacy Policy, including to send Program messages by SMS, email and in-app notification; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
13. General
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive. These rules are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. H-Authentica's decisions on eligibility, attribution and rewards are final, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law. If part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These rules form part of, and should be read with, the HautiePay Terms & Conditions.
