Delete your HautiePay account
You can ask us to delete your HautiePay account and the personal information that goes with it. In the app, open the menu and tap Delete Account. Or use this page:
What happens next
- We email the account's address a link to confirm the request, so nobody else can delete your account.
- Our team reviews the request and contacts you, usually within a few business days.
- Your profile, saved items, photos and documents are deleted. A balance still owing on a payment plan has to be settled first.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for the required period.
