Live shows

Before you bid

You'll need:

• a confirmed email;
• a saved card;
• approved financing, for any item that can go on a payment plan. Items marked Pay in full don't need it.

Some shows are for HautiePass members only.

The first time you bid, you'll be asked to accept the live-show terms, "Every win is a purchase": a winning bid or Buy Now is a purchase. Tick I understand and agree, then tap Continue.

Watching

Open a show from Home or the LIVE NOW bar. Use Save to keep it in your favourites, and Follow to hear when the host goes live.

Bidding and buying

• Slide to bid places the next bid.
• Custom lets you type your own amount.
• Set Max Bid bids for you automatically, up to your limit.
• Buy Now, when it's offered, buys the item straight away.

The first time, you're asked "How should your wins reach you?". Everything you win in one show ships together.

Chat with the host: use the chat box. Ask about this item sends a question about the item on screen.

When you win

• We hold the amount on your card; we don't charge it yet. Paying in full: the hold is the item plus tax. On a plan: it's your share of the first payment.
• If your card is declined, update it within 15 minutes to keep the item.
• When the show ends, all your wins become one order, and your card is charged, including shipping. On a plan, your first payment is taken and the rest follow every two weeks.
• Some orders are reviewed first, such as layaway and US orders. The hold stays on your card until then.

To manage your wins during a show: tap Wallet for Payments & Shipping. There you can choose delivery, your card, how you pay for wins, a voucher, or a promo code.

Press and hold a message to Report it or Block the person.
