Deleting your account

In the app:

1. Go to My Account and tap Delete Account.
2. Add a reason if you like.
3. Tap Send request.

On the web:

1. Go to https://hautiepay.ca/delete-account and enter your email.
2. Open the confirmation link we email you. It works for 24 hours.

What happens next:

• Our team reviews your request and contacts you. Your account stays open until then.
• Any balance on a payment plan has to be settled first.
• Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, are kept.
• You can cancel the request in the app at any time before it's approved.
