Returns and final sale

All sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, fit or colour.

You're still covered if your item:

• isn't authentic. Every item is guaranteed authentic.
• arrives damaged or not as described. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
• never arrives. You can cancel for a full refund if it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you.

Cancelling:

• An order still waiting for approval can be cancelled free of charge.
• An approved order that hasn't shipped can be cancelled, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds: paid within 15 days of being confirmed, back to the way you paid. Points earned on a refunded amount are removed.
